Community monthly maintenance for SafeNSound is scheduled for 2/18/25 at 11:00am CT. This maintenance window does not affect Enterprise customers (customers with an independent environment) or any other Spacelabs Healthcare products or systems.

The following will be updated this month:

Webapp: Yes. Version change from 5.9.8R1 to 5.9.10R1

Backend services: Yes

System Restart: Yes

Impact: Users will be kicked out of SNS while the webapp restarts. Users may notice small gaps in data while we verify all services have restarted correctly. The total expected time out of the system is expected to be less than 15 minutes. When users log back in, they may notice that signal interference and noise alarms appear now under the Alarms Activity --> General Alarms Tab
