Community System Monthly Maintenance and Customer Migration

Spacelabs will begin monthly maintenance cycles for the Community Environment.

The first maintenance patch will be on 11/21, starting at 1100hrs Central Time. Subsequent patches will occur on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1100hrs CT starting on 12/17/2024. The system will be updated to version 5.9.8r1.

This first event is set to coincide with 6 community customers upgrading to the new version of XN.

What to expect during this update:

Users will experience at least 1 logout/login scenario. As the team completes post-update checks, additional logouts/logins may be required to ensure all features are functioning correctly. During this window, if any features are not working, please do not call Global Tech Support (our help desk) until the maintenance window has ended and the "complete" notice has been sent.
