On 9/3/24 at 1000hrs CT, Spacelabs SafeNSound Community Customers will be upgraded to version 5.9.7 (compatible with mobile version 5.0.7).

Users can expect to be out of the system for up to 30 minutes and degraded service for 90 minutes while we complete post-upgrade checks.

Advance warnings, intermittent updates, and an all clear message will be sent.

NOTE: This upgrade does not affect Enterprise Deployment customers (customers who have their own instance of SNS). Enterprise deployment customers should contact their Customer Success Account Manager, Account Sales Executive, or Global Tech Support (1-800-522-7025) to schedule their upgrade.
