Community Monthly Maintenance window is approaching and will occur on Tuesday 09/16/2025 at 11:00am CT. The duration is expected to last less than an hour.


The following will be updated this month:
• Reboot of backend services
• Upgrade database version

Clinical Impact:
• Because there will be a reboot of the webapp, users will experience a logout/login. When the users are logged out, they should close the application and relaunch.
• During the database version upgrade, current vitals and alarms will be visible in SafeNSound, but retrospective vitals and alarms will be temporarily unavailable. Once this upgrade step is complete, retrospective vitals and alarms will begin to backfill in SafeNSound. We will start with the currently admitted patients and finish with archived, historical patient data. The database upgrade will be done for each Community Hospital, one at a time. The timeframe for the retrospective backfill process is dependent on the number of patients and should be complete for all Community customers within 24 hours. We do not anticipate any data loss during the database version upgrade.
