We’re pleased to confirm that all systems are now fully operational and stable. No further issues have been observed.
As part of our commitment to long-term reliability, we will be implementing a permanent fix in the upcoming SafeNSound 5.9.11. This release will address the root cause to ensure continued stability going forward.

Status Update: Clarification on Outbound Communication Outages
We want to provide additional clarification regarding the intermittent outages affecting outbound communications within the SafeNSound application.
During these periods, both phone calls and quick messages from SafeNSound may be impacted. If you are unable to make calls through the app, please follow your established downtime procedures. Similarly, delays or failures may occur when sending quick messages from within SafeNSound. Please us your local desk phones for outbound communications if you are unable to call through SafeNSound.
Please note that inbound calls will continue to route to your designated backup landlines if monitoring techs are unreachable via the app.
All other system features are functioning as expected.
